Well, its been a year since I last posted

Hello all of you that have somehow come to my little website and are currently reading this conglomeration of nuttiness that is this post!

Some big things are happening this year and yes, actually happening not me saying they are going to happen and then flake out. The next book of my Springhurst Sweets series will be out this year and as soon as Amazon will allow me I will put it up for pre-order. You see the Zon and I had a little disagreement of the technological kind and I haven’t been able to place anything on pre-order for almost a YEAR! But here’s a little teaser about what it will be about

Wait, wait, wait…you didn’t think I would share the whole cover now did you? Pbbt, what’s the fun in that? Got to leave you hanging like that cliffhanger that makes you want to watch the second season of a show that hopefully, Netflix doesn’t cancel before it even had a chance! It’s done it to me twice now and if it messes up with Wednesday, I will cancel it faster than pizza gives me heartburn.

But I know just that little tiny corner of a computerized image is barely enough to make you want to read it so here is a tiny bit about the story.

Successful auction house owner goes to an upscale lounge and meets the unfairly handsome man with corny pick up lines. His dorkiness makes her actually laugh and he can’t help but stare at her thinking she is the most beautiful creature alive other than his beagle lab mix at home. Hopefully you can sorta figure it out that they are going to have a crazy unforgettable night together that just happened to have a lifetime type of consequence. It’s fun, it’s flirty and there is a surprise in between and I’m not just talking about an unplanned pregnancy. While you don’t have to read the series in any order and they are stand alone books, there are characters from the first book Love & Little Cupcakes that are involved in this one.

Okay, enough rambling about that and on to some other things. Since last year, I started a new job and I get to work from home now which means no driving in the snow to go to work for me, whoop whoop.

My son is on his second half of the kindergarten year. We have seen a massive improvement in how he communicates what he needs and wants from us and as a parent of a child with autism, I am taking the win along with his teachers.

Also, if you’ve noticed my Instagram and FB blocks are updating like crazy it’s because I’ve been trying to put a little more effort into my social media presence or whatever. I share quirky memes, motivational quotes, book reviews and videos because some of the books make me cry along with little bits and pieces from my books. The links are up above (click those little symbols under the name).

I think that about covers it. Don’t forget to check back for updates and follow me on FB, the Gram, or TikTok (which I still suck at) if you want to find out things a little faster.
