So mostly I have been working on updates and new ideas for future series. I am making some edits on previous works as I have some new software that allows me to do certain things. It isn’t AI but it is an updated tool from book formatting that I’m trying out and it’s allowed a much cleaner look of my book (and I don’t have to go in and make 500 pictures of text messages). For example instead of making images for the text messages, I can now use a tool Atticus added to set it up for me (I am not sponsored by them but I should be because I talk about them a lot in my regular life).

So I’ve been going through and seeing what that does to the books as well as working on new series.
One such series is a play on the silly clean fun of Bewitched and Sabrina the Teenage Witch mixed with the demons and occasional drama of Charmed and Buffy the Vampire Slayer. It will be a romance but it is going to be a clean romance so it is 1 pepper on the spice level (where my other things have lingered around 3 peppers). I am calling it my brain worm (it’s like an ear worm for the brain) because once the idea was there for a good clean fun witchy romance, it hasn’t left. It is about a romance between a warlock that is a combination of Spike and Colin Bridgerton and the 30 something woman who randomly inherited powers. By the way, her first question is “can it pay my rent”. Mix it with a sarcastic (but highly supportive friend who is willing to punch a guy that hurt her and have the warlock make him believe he fell during a skiing accident and the guy doesn’t ski) and her relatives who pop in (typically unannounced) and you have that story. My goal is it will be out this year.
The 4th book of the Springhurst Sweets series Chefs & Cheesecake will be out in December. It is about the journalist friend from Single Dad & Funnel Cakes sent back to Springhurst to interview this super hot but also very talented (wink wink) social media chef. Let’s just say he likes his desserts like he likes his woman and that is thick and creamy (again wink wink).
The 2nd book of the Wolves of Vegas series will be out sometime.. Not sure if it will be this year or early next year because I am working on a few things and along with potential events. It is called I Will Save Her. It is darker than the first book and involves different things that may not be for everyone but I always do my best to let you know before you reach the first chapter. The first 2 chapters can be read at the end of the first book.
So that’s what has been going on and I hope to have more books for you this year.
